Hot Pizza, Fast Pickup, Every Day

"Its really difficult to want to purchase this product anymore. I grew up always enjoying Little Caesars pizza. The deep dish pizza was always a go to. Now every single time I order something is wrong. Sometimes the food is cold. Sometimes whole parts of my order is missing. Other times and entire portion of the product I did get was so poorly made I didn't want to eat it. Every tine I had to take it back I was made to feel like it was my fault. I ordered the items online, so its not like you cannot see what's listed on the order. Also each time I went in there was no less that 5 employees laughing joking and having a great time in the back. So it definitely wasn't a manpower issue. It would be nice to see some pride in production again. I know its supposed to be " Hot and Ready" it would be nice if if could be "right and good " too."

"I ordered delivery around 6:45PM and did not receive our food until 8:45PM, despite living only 10 minutes away from this Little Caesar’s location. I would have ordered for pick up and had our dinner an hour and a half earlier if that was possible for me right now, trust me, but my vehicle is currently out of commission. Tbh, walking down there to pick up probably would have been quicker even! Then the app said we would receive our food by 7:44PM, took AN HOUR LONGER than that, we called the store and the man who answered said we could just come in to get our food TOMORROW at no additional cost. Honestly, I work in good service and he should have not only given me a refund right away he should have also offered to remake the food and ensure that it got to us FOR SURE and was FRESHLY MADE…Which is another issue altogether, I NEVER complain about stuff, but this food is COLD AS HELL, like it had been sitting for that full extra hour we had to wait…Or possibly longer than that even, because the Crazy Puffs we ordered sorta look like they’ve been sitting for hours tbh, they are all dried out and crusty and also freezing cold like everything else is…And to top it all off their “tracker” in the app said that our food was delivered ON TIME around 7:44pm when we did NOT actually get it until A FULL HOUR AFTER THAT TIME. Again, I never complain about things like this, I’m a Millennial who understands the struggles of food service workers because I AM one, I’m not a “Karen”, this was just SO BAD I felt like I had to say something here…If a manager could respond to this and please do something to make this right, I would greatly appreciate that and might even consider giving this location another chance in the future…"

"Worst service ever. I called simply to ask if they would still take an order. Okay so they we're closing in 10 minutes. I just wanted to see if they would still take an order. And she said well we close in 10 minutes and it takes 10 minutes to make a pizza. So I said so is that a yes or no can you take an order. She responded you would have to be here within 10 minutes. I quickly checked my GPS which said 11 minutes. I said, my GPS says I'm 11 minutes away at that time she hung up on me. I was not rude in the slightest absolutely uncalled for I don't even normally write reviews but with that I felt the need to do so. I spitefully never want to give them my business but I'm sure they could care less."

"As you can tell from all the other reviews this place never has any hot and ready available. I decided to be proactive and order ahead of time via phone. I ordered a stuffed crust pizza and some puffs. I got there 5 minutes after the time I was quoted and it still wasn’t even in the oven. I waited for a long time while you verbally heard staff complaining in the back. Finally got my food, just happy it’s fresh. Get home. What a disaster- stuffed crust pizza that was extra $$ was NOT stuffed and the crust was a disgusting mixture of crunchy on the outside and cold on the inside. It was so bad my 5 year old wouldn’t even eat it and he eats things off the floor 🤯 The puffs were soo burned and overcooked there was no longer sauce even them. We threw the entire meal away. Tried to call the store and couldn’t get anyone to even answer. Waste of money"

"I stopped by here for a quick dinner since I was in a rush and it was a surprisingly good experience. The food was hot and ready as soon as I walked in, which is exactly what I needed at that moment. The crust had that nice crispness I enjoy and there was plenty of cheese to go around. It’s a solid, reliable choice for when you just want a quick meal without any fuss or high prices."
